# Can't play back on all cameras

Hi I’m new to mobotix and have been sent to a site were I’m getting the following error message can any one help thanks

Unlock layout (lock on the bottom of navigation bar). Hover your mouse cursor over camera that you want to check. Press on gear icon that appears. You should see “recording settings” make sure that correct path is set there.
