Planned change to the MOBOTIX HUB Push Notification Service on 6 October 2026
On 6 October 2026 between 10.00 and 14.00 CEST, the technical infrastructure of the MOBOTIX HUB Push Notification Service will be updated.
The service supports the delivery of push notifications to mobile devices. The update is part of ongoing efforts to improve security and compliance.
No action is required for the vast majority of MOBOTIX HUB installations. Neither a planned service interruption nor any functional changes are expected. The update should therefore go unnoticed by users.
However, in certain environments with restrictive firewall or network rules, a review may be necessary. If access to external services is restricted via hard-coded IP addresses, you should ensure that the Push Notification Service is authorised via its service domain name and not exclusively via hard-coded IP addresses.
Following the migration, the service will be subject to additional monitoring to identify any potential anomalies at an early stage.
