# Do i need ASP license per each Access Door License?

## MOBOTIX HUB Access Door Licenses

In a MOBOTIX HUB installation with an active ASP license, a common question is whether an additional ASP license is required for each Access Door license.

**Answer:**  
No, this is **not required**. The ASP license is only needed **per device (camera)** – not per Access Door license.

### Example Configuration

A setup with **MOBOTIX HUB L3** , **10 cameras** , and **10 access doors** :

- 1× MOBOTIX HUB L3 Base
- 10× MOBOTIX HUB L3 Device licenses
- 10× MOBOTIX HUB ASP licenses (required for cameras only)
- 1× MOBOTIX HUB Access Base
- 10× MOBOTIX HUB Access Door licenses

This clearly shows:  
**ASP licenses apply only to cameras – not to Access Door licenses.**
