# How to set up new M16 cameras, - cannot access on network

I have two new M16 cameras connected to a PoE switch. The switch is connected to my internet router which is giving out DHCP addresses. I know the factory IP addresses of the cameras. They both have flashing red and green lights at the moment and I can’t access them on the network.  
I suspect they need resetting manually (up a ladder !) . Is this
