Hi there, I lost my username and password for a long ago. In the link below it says if you want to reset your password and the other stuff you need to communicate with your distributor. But the problem is my distributor is no longer alive. They went bankrupt and there isnt that company anymore. > [@I have lost or forgotten my password. The default user and password for a MOBOTIX camera is user : admin password : meinsm It is recommended that you change the password the first time you access your camera to secure the access to the configuration and recordings. Note that once the password has been changed there is no way to recover it in case of forgetfulness. MOBOTIX has not way to access your password as there are no backdoors in our cameras. For security reasons the … I communicated with new distributor in my country but they said “we cant help”. So i dont know what to do… Any suggestion would be so helpful. ---
