# MOBOTIX CLOUD - Wie finde ich die Firmware-Version meiner Bridge heraus

Wenn Sie nach verschiedenen Informationen über Ihre Bridge gefragt werden, sind diese nicht immer alle über das Cloud-Portal einzusehen. Dies betrifft unter anderem auch die Firmware-Version.

Um diese Information einzusehen müssen Sie sich lokal an der Bridge mit einem Monitor und einer Tastatur anmelden.

- Verbinden Sie einen Monitor und eine Tastatur mit der MOBOTIX Bridge.
- Sollten Sie keinen Anmeldemaske sehen drücken Sie bitte die Taste Q
- Geben Sie Ihre Anmeldeinformationen ein:
  - Login: admin
  - Passwort: Die letzten 5 Zeichen der Seriennummer

- Wählen Sie “System Info” aus um verschiedene Informationen inklusive der Firmware-Version anschauen zu können.

Die aktuellste Version ist für die Cloud Bridge die 2.3.8 (basierend auf dem Stand Oktober 2021). Bridges mit der Version 1.0.13 benötigen ein Update, um die neueste MOBOTIX-Kamerasoftware zu unterstützen!  
**WICHTIG** für ein Update ist, dass die Bridges **permanent online** bleiben, um die Updates über die Cloud zu erhalten.

Mit der aktuellesten APP Version kann auch mit dem Smartphone mit dem Mobile Bridge Configurator die Firmware Version der Bridge ausgelesen werden.
