# Mobotix M16B (Mx-O-SMA-S-6D016 + Mx-O-SMA-S-6N016) , 180° - no images!

Hi. I have 3 cameras Mobotix M16B with dual lenses (day and night) on all three exactly the same setup. And i can get access to those cameras via web and change settings etc but i am getting “No images!” message and cannot see any live view. I have went to “Admin menu → Installed image sensors” and changed to External Sensor cam1 or cam2, saved, rebooted but still the same.

In system log i can see:

I 2019-12-17 10:23:29 EVENT process Image generation starting up…  
C 2019-12-17 10:23:54 EVENT process Image generation stopped due to fatal error!

and also:

W 2019-12-17 11:10:46 MXM performInitialDeviceScan fs\_sd0\_flash\_card\_0 : Initial scan using archive retrieveal interface FAILED. Continuing using mxffs method.  
C 2019-12-17 11:11:11 EVENT process Image generation stopped due to fatal error!  
S 2019-12-17 11:12:38 STORAGE check[921] File server check enabled (TL, sensitivity high).  
C 2019-12-17 11:19:24 STATUS statusd Possible sensor breakdown (right and left) detected. Please go to “Image Sensor Configuration” (in Administration Menu) for further information and contact MOBOTIX Support for assistance.  
I 2019-12-17 11:19:24 STATUS statusd Camera M16B 10.26.25.53 is booting software version MX-V5.2.4.15-r2. (0)  
I 2019-12-17 11:19:24 STATUS statusd CPU temperature is nominal, CPU running at full power.

and:

E 2019-12-17 11:21:58 BOOT hardclock[805] error reading from hardware clock (2).  
W 2019-12-17 11:21:58 MXM PlatformExpert RTC battery discharged. Do one of the following to recover: \* Leave camera connected for 3 hours to allow battery to recharge. \* Use a time server to always have a valid system time.

Could You please help me to find out why this is not working?

Can System time or RTC battery cause problem with live view?
