# Motion detection and PIP

Hi technicians, not sure where to put my question.  
I hope you can help me

I would like to achieve, when motion is detected:

- Pre record video for xx seconds
- Record live video
- External IR light on for xx seconds
- Live video to output, like HDMI or so
- Pop up PIP on a TV for xx seconds
- Post record video for xx seconds

I would like to use (preferable) the Mobotix S16 Dual Flex or the S74  
And what do I need to have for the PIP to show up on a TV without PIP function
