# MxBell Ports - Firewall Configuration

In some cases it is possible that the Push-Notifications dont reach the MxBell on your phone, because they are blocked from your firewall.

If that happens the ports below should be “opened” in your router in order for the Push-Server to be reached.

The Ports that MxBell uses for the Push-Notifications are:  
5228  
5229  
5230
