# Histogram Bar - The navigation aid in the recording

**Research made easy**

A function that can be used with MOBOTIX IOT cameras only.

> **Attention:** Depends on the camera model, firmware version and configuration of the camera!

System requirements and instructions for using the histogram display

- For events of **Mx7** Series IoT cameras, these cameras must have firmware version 7.3.0.54 or later installed.
- To find the events of **Mx6** Series IoT cameras, these cameras must have firmware version 5.4.6.7 or later installed.
- For cameras of the product lines **Mx4/5 or older** this view is **not supported**!
- The IoT cameras must be equipped with a micro **SD card** formatted by the camera.
- In order for the associated images and video sequences of events found to also be displayed and played, this **data** must have been previously **recorded** by the camera. All possible recording targets (internal SD card, USB MxFFS medium, file server with folder/file structure, file server with MxFFS archive) are supported.
- **Events** that occurred on an IoT camera and are therefore stored in the camera’s internal event list on the SD card, but have not been permanently recorded, are also found by smart data search, but cannot be played back with pictures and videos.
- The recorded event data that can be displayed in the histogram can be a **maximum of 6 months old.**
