# MxMC 2.9.1 Forensic search with Post VideoMotion (VM) - EN

# Forensic search with Post VideoMotion (VM)

The user can search for pixel changes in a defined area in the video recording. A simple way to search for activity/changes in certain areas afterwards.

User can set the **trigger condition** individually:

In this video, the recorded video stream is analysed in the MxMC Smart Data Search using the Post VideoMotion (VM) function.
