The new MxMC version 2.9 helps the administrator to monitor the entire system. In future, relevant data can now be sent automatically or time-controlled by email in the event of critical states or operationally relevant data. For this purpose, the following inventory functions have been extended with email notification 1. [Health Check](https://community.mobotix.com/t/draft-mxmc-healthcheck-sending-status-emails-in-case-of-system-problems/8524), now also sends an email based on a system error (error or warning) 2. [Thermal Dashboard](https://community.mobotix.com/t/draft-send-thermal-dashboard-treshold-alarms-and-or-thermal-values-csv-by-email/8525), sends the CSV data cyclically or sends an email if a threshold value is exceeded. 3. [Action Log](https://community.mobotix.com/t/draft-mxmc-2-9-send-action-log-report-with-schedule-by-email-en/8514) can be sent periodically, e.g. to the data protection officer by email. 4. [Camera Lost](https://community.mobotix.com/t/draft-mxmc-2-9-report-camera-connection-problems-by-email-en/8513), sends emails if cameras are no longer accessible in the system. **Further adjustments and improvements:** - [Project-specific information](https://community.mobotix.com/t/draft-mxmc-2-9-project-information-en/8512) can now be stored in MxMC and added to a notification email as additional information if required. - Rudimentary approach to playback SD card support for MOVE cameras. - **Support** the New **MOBOTIX ONE** Camera! - Various improvements and bug fixes. # Insights into the new functions ### Health Check The MOBOTIX IOT cameras independently analyse various camera system statuses, such as SD card, sensor status, network traffic, etc… On request, the camera provides an overview of these statuses and divides them into the following categories: - Error (red) - Warning (yellow) - All Good (green) Previously, the user could query the system status (HealthCheck) in the MxMC via one or more cameras on request. The health check can run several times a day (e.g. every 4 hours) in the background and sends the report via email with detailed information! The interval check is based on this time. In the screenshot above, this means that the check and, if necessary, the email should be sent every day at 10:05. The advantage of the action log is that a backup is regularly sent by email and or forwarded directly to the data protection officer or works council for review.
