# MxMC Audio Windows10 Mobotix M16 v5.2

Hi Mobotix Fans

I bought two m16 camera’s. Updated to the latest version 5.2…  
I have installed Mxmc 2.0, i have a visual, and when i export the recorded movies i have audio.  
but when i use the live mode of mxmc, use the green horn i can’t hear anything…

What can be wrong?

Speaker volume is 100% 😄
