Hello Peloba, it seems that your camera Storage Menu is not complete and the camera is not able to read the configuration. This could belonging to your described issues with the SD Card, that the camera is not able to read the SD card. Very important is to double check the **System Messages** in the **admin** menu of the camera for any **warnings** or **errors**. ![grafik](https://canada1.discourse-cdn.com/flex030/uploads/mobotix/original/2X/3/371668367316174277a19c1bade7ac404dd9c2ca.png) From a practical point of view you can change the SD card in the camera (open the housing of the camera and put a new SD card in the SD card slot). Format the SD card and the camera will be again ready to store the data! You could provide for deeper analysing the camera dump file to our support.
