# V71 and C71 - SD Card cover is stuck

Hello!

Could anyone explain to me why sometimes SD card cover on V71 / C71 become so hard to remove and is there a way to unstuck this cover?  
Even with help of the biggest coin which fits in the groove, the cover still won’t budge.

I found, that it’s easier to remove whole back cover - unplug the cables, and pull with finger insterted in eth hole.
