For a successful integration of ONVIF S capable cameras the following can be checked in advance:

1. is the camera officially listed on [ONVIF.org](http://ONVIF.org) as a compliant product?

2. if the camera firmware is the same as in the [ONVIF.org](http://ONVIF.org) test certificate

3. is the certification up-to-date and has been tested with the current [ONVIF.org](http://ONVIF.org) Device Test Tool?
The latest Version is v19.06 rev.5170!
For example Axis F41: [https://www.onvif.org/member-portal/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2017/01/6361223619406203891DCDDoc.pdf](https://www.onvif.org/member-portal/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2017/01/6361223619406203891DCDDoc.pdf)

> Introduction Even though a Device maybe ONVIF Profile S complaint, there may still be issue integration into MxMC. The factor which contributes to this is that the ONVIF Device has been tested with a different (and often out of date) ONVIF Device Test Tool Version then the ONVIF Client Test Tool Verison that MxMC has been tested with. It is possible that a newer ONVIF Device Test Tool Version will be more stringent and fail certain aspects, which previously passed. This article is will outline…

The following things must be fulfilled in the MxMC:

1. The MxMC must have full access to the camera. Admin rights and ONVIF rights are handled separately in the cameras.
2. The MxMC must create two profiles for the high-resolution and the preview during the integration of the cameras, as well as access the Integration Key for playback.

**Issue** : If the MxMC not showing the correct informations it seems like a issue with the camera vendor. In this case get in contact with the support of the camera vendor.

Enclosed are screenshots of correct image profiles in the connection dialog window and incorrect image profiles Names.
