With the new version 2.9 of the MxMC, project-specific information can be stored in the MxMC and added to a notification email as additional information if required.
The project information helps the customer / installation partner to keep important information in the block.
Project info:
- Name of the project - Helpful to keep an overview if a partner is working on different customer configurations on his computer
- Location of the project
- Contact - For questions and problems
- Emergency contact information - Phone number, email address and name
- Project details - Everything that is relevant to the project can be noted here.
The administrator of the MxMC can determine whether this information should be appended, e.g. in the event of a connection failure. This ensures helpful information for troubleshooting.
Which project is being used?
It is helpful for administrators to know which MxMC configuration is being edited. The last imported project file (interchange file) is displayed if a project configuration (interchange file) was previously imported.
Important: If a new project has been created and you have not switched between projects (imported), no path will appear.
