Video search - No results are displayed or not from all cameras - EN

The video search does not show any or all results from all cameras!

Each camera that is to be included in the video search must be activated in the cloud camera settings in the dashboard. Please check the ‘Scene analysis’ in the ‘Analytics’ tab!

After activation (Scene Analysis) it will initially take up to 24 hours until the video search shows results!

After that, all activated cameras will function in the video search as described in the following report:
