How do you create a new project in MxMC version 2.9.2?

How do you create a new project in MxMC version 2.9.2 when a project already exists? There is no way that I can find to do that. It appears that functionality was forgotten in this release.

Finally found it. It was buried in an area where it makes no sense.

To start a new project, open the Welcome dialog and click the large plus icon, as shown in the screenshot.
