1. Uninstall MOBOTIX HUB and the Device Pack via Control Panel
2. Uninstall all SQL Components
Make sure that you uninstall every component that says SQL (This will remove any SQL databse, used by MOBOTIX HUB and/or other applications)
3. Delete the following folders and files
C:\ProgramData\MOBOTIX
C:\Program Files\MOBOTIX
C:\Program Files(x86)\MOBOTIX
C:\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\VideoOS
C.\ProgramData\VideoDeviceDrivers
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server
4. Delete the following registry keys.
IMPORTANT!: Perform a full export of the Windows Registry before making any changes to it!!
HKLM\Software\VideoOS
HKLM\Software\MOBOTIX
HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Mobotix
HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Milestone
HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\VideoOS
5. Remove Data from AppData
→ AppData → Local → MOBOTIX
