Is there a solution to set up the SSL connection in the Mobotix App (version 1.4.2.0).
Both, in the local network and via the telephone SIM, the screen remains black when SSL is switched on.

the SSL Connection should work.
I’ve tried it with my camera and it is working.
HTTPS is activated in the camera?
The Portforwarding is configured for HTTPS Port?
What camera serie are you using?
I have D14d and the image you sent is the same. However, with mobile usage SSL is off and when switched on the image remains black.
Https is enabled and portfolwarding is set up. outside the network I have an image but without the SSL check mark.
