With the new version 2.9 of MxMC, detected connection problems with cameras are not only displayed as a warning dialogue in the application, but users are now also informed of the camera connection failure by email.
If a camera connection fails, the system waits a short moment before sending an email to check whether the problem is permanent (e.g. to avoid a planned camera reboot). The email is then sent with all cameras that have a connection problem at that time.
