New update on the MxMC_ver.2.7.1

Hello,

I updated to the latest version and for some reason Im having some issues. I have attached a video and picture.

  1. The camera group is not showing.
  2. When I try the dewarping on the camera recording, it doesn’t let me fix the view angle.

Can someone help me on what to do to fix it? or those are another bugs on the update.

      Im sorry to say this, but why a big company like Mobotix accept to publish an uptate without at least checking the most important functions. I had to go back two version to be able to work on the cameras recordings because the one before this new update, one of the bugs that had is color changing on the video and the dewarping no working correctly. And now they fixed those bugs, but with this new dewarping bug. Is so frustrating. I hope they come out with the fix soon.

I find asking myself same thing more, than i would like.

we take these request and report very serious, we always document any issues being brought up.
I can tell you that this is being worked and a fix will be release soon.

I can confirm, that ptz issue is fixed in 2.7.2
