If the Axis camera is able to show a live Image in the MxMC but cant be added as recording device to the MOBOTIX NAS recording software. It appears a message like “Please add the cameras to the MxMC first, or similar”.
Please make sure that the Axis has disable the Web Service Username Token in the dialog “Plain Config”.
After the function is disabled the camera can be added successfully to the MOBOTIX NAS Recording Software.
