A user can, for example, be informed of the Cloud Video Motion Alarm by email (PC and smartphone) or by push notification (smartphone).
To do this, the notification must be activated in several places and the corresponding user must be selected in the actual cloud event settings.
1.Generally activate notifications in the user profile. (-> MyProfile)
If required, activate whether you want to be notified in the event of a system failure such as camera failure.
To do this, select System All .
In any case, activate the email and/or push notification to receive notifications via the cloud.
In the Cloud Camera settings under the Motion tab or Thermal, users can be selected for each alarm to receive a notification.
Select the camera settings ( gear symbol )
Select the Motion tab and create a Video Motion profile with the “Plus” symbol!
The Alarm Bell icon opens the dialogue in which the user can be selected.
Save settings and in the event of an alarm, the user receives an email, for example.
