Camera not working in Mobotix HUB - "License is invalid"

Hello,

After not working for a few days, some video cameras from the video system no longer work in the Mobotix HUB.
They can be accessed from the web page. The error displayed in Mobotix HUB is “License is invalid”

Please help.

I assume your Hub License has expired (Demo License) or after the grace period the license was not updated.

If you have purchased enough HUB Licenses related to the amount of devices you have connected to your System, please check the License Dialog in the HUB.

This is my license .

The system works very well, until a segment of the perimeter has no power supply for a few days. After reconnecting, some of the video cameras stopped connecting, displaying the license error.

First Idea:

After an unplanned power outage, the system time and/or the license validation may have failed.
Please verify the date and time settings and restart the Milestone Management Server service.

In most cases, the license will be valid again after this.
If the issue persists, the license needs to be re-activated.

Second Idea , check the Network connection and DNS function.
