For the MOBOTIX Plug Ins a Milestone User need to purchase MOBOTIX License via Sales@mobotix.com.
After Installing the MOBOTIX Plug In package to the Milestone XProtect in the left Side Navigation of the VMS, there will be a the category “MOBOTIX Licensing”. In this Dialog the User can activate his MOBOTIX Plug In Licenses and get a overview of the activated Licenses.
Please note: Licence activation requires internet access (at least temporarily during activation).
For offline activation, please contact support@mobotix.com and provide the device ID.
Tip: For online activation, it is sufficient to briefly establish a hotspot connection via a mobile phone.
