Camera not working in Mobotix HUB - "License is invalid"

I assume your Hub License has expired (Demo License) or after the grace period the license was not updated.

If you have purchased enough HUB Licenses related to the amount of devices you have connected to your System, please check the License Dialog in the HUB.

Here are the steps how to activate a HUB License (SLC):

There are 2 ways to activate MxHUB license. Following instructions have been taken from an existing installation. As you can see from the screenshot below, once you click on the node ‘Basics’ >> ‘License information’ the system will show you an overview of the license status. Now, to activate the license code you received, just click on the dropdown menu on the bottom, choosing one of the options Online Offline and just follow the steps to the end of the process. [image]
