In contrast to single-sensor cameras, the MFS technology works with several sensors (“multisensor”), each operating with different focal lengths (“multifocal”).
Thus, Panomera® cameras with “Multifocal Sensor Technology” also capture rear and middle image areas with the same high resolution as scenes in the foreground. With unique advantages in video surveillance, video monitoring and video analysis.
That way, large areas or long distances can be surveyed in exceptional detail with very few Panomera® systems. In addition to a vastly improved overview and better control of any large spatial context, Panomera® helps customers to significantly reduce infrastructure and operating cost.

How it works:
MOBOTIX HUB operators can open and organize all Panomera “submodules” from the MOBOTIX HUB Desk Client user interface, drag and drop, zoom into any number of areas within the submodules simultaneously.
Panomera combines up to 8 lenses & sensors in one optical system.
The result is up to 190 Megapixel “effective resolution” and equal image quality across the entire scene.
Theoretically unlimited “virtuals PTZs” at the click of a mouse.
All manageable through MOBOTIX HUB.
How to install:
License Activation:
This solution does have a build-in MIP license check that is locked to the software license code (SLC) of
the MOBOTIX HUB installation of which it is a part.
It automatically comes with a 30 days grace period which starts from the date when the plug-in is installed.
After the grace period expires, a permanent MIP license is needed.
The permanent MIP licenses are provided via MOBOTIX . In order to generate a permanent MIP license, please provide the Software License Code (SLC) of the MOBOTIX HUB system where the Panomera Plugin has been installed. Collect the SLC and send it to the sales@mobotix.com.
When the permanent MIP license is acquired, the MOBOTIX HUB system must be reactivated, either online or offline.
If MIP license check fails, the plug-in will issue error messages and will have a reduced functionality.
