Hello everybody. Remotely I changed the header and in live I see the my change, but for the photos sent to the FTP server this does not happen I still see the classic WWW.MOBOTIX: COM, do I have to change it in another way? where? thank you very much

The photos are sent via ftp by timed task every 15 min

please check the following settings.
What Image Profile did you select in the FTP Profile you are sending via time task?
Check the Image Profile, when you are not using Live or Event Image, you have to tell the camera what is displayed in the image.
