MOBOTIX HUB - NEW Plug IN Nov 2022 (ENG)

MOBOTIX AG is constantly working on expanding the Plug IN package. Two important things have been added to the existing functions of the MOBOTIX Plug IN:

1. Direct camera configuration of the IOT and MOVE cameras in the Management Client (configuration simplification for the system administrator).
2. New search filters in the forensic search in the Search Agent of the Desk Client. (More optimal use in the playback for the user of the system)

MOBOTIX AG is constantly working on the expansion of the Plug IN Package. In the new MOBOTIX HUB version 2022 R3, the search filters can already be used by the user from version L2. The Incident Manager is included in the L5 version and can be activated via licences in the L2/L3/L4 versions. For owners of the MOBOTIX HUB version 2022 R2 and lower, the range of functions is the same as before. An update to 2022 R3 is highly recommended in order to use the MOBOTIX camera specific functions in the Forensic Search.

The focus of the new plug-in was to simplify camera configuration for the administrator. The administrator can now make settings directly in the device tree of the Management Client on the browser page of the cameras. The user has direct access to the “usual” configuration pages without having to leave the Management Client.

Basic configuration of the camera settings tabs in the Management Client:
In the following area, the administrator can determine which tabs are to be displayed and, if necessary, hide certain tabs.
The application uses hint dialogues when calling up camera configuration pages that can be permanently suppressed by a user click. If required, these can be reactivated when entering the configuration page.

Search Agent - New search filters

In the new plug-in, a total of 13 camera apps are now supported and individual search filters can be defined for the camera apps. This allows for a more optimal integration of the cameras. Furthermore, the MOBOTIX events can be used as additional search filters.
