Manually or automatically query the system status of the cameras
You can use the Health Check to check the status of your IoT cameras as required. MxMC can even set up an automatic health check that sends the status report to the administrator by email!
The health check function can be found in the Component view .
Attention: As of MxMC version 2.7, the health check has been moved to the component view. The previous version is still described in the video.

The health check can run several times a day (e.g. every 4 hours) in the background and sends the report via email with detailed information!

Health Check
The MOBOTIX IOT cameras independently analyse various camera system statuses, such as SD card, sensor status, network traffic, etc… On request, the camera provides an overview of these statuses and divides them into the following categories:
Error (red)
Warning (yellow)
All Good (green)
Previously, the user could query the system status (HealthCheck) in MxMC via one or more cameras on request.

The new MxMC version 2.9 helps the administrator to monitor the entire system. In future, relevant data can now be sent automatically or time-controlled by email in the event of critical states or operationally relevant data.
For this purpose, the following inventory functions have been extended with email notification
