Has anyone experienced this issue with your thermal sensors? As you can see from the images I’ve posted the sensors seem to be ignoring the temp differences that are clearly present and showing only a light blue image.
Does changing anything in “Thermal Sensor Settings” resolve it temporarily?
Also it looks like you have old FW running, there were some fixes with thermal sensors, so maybe update might solve this. Have you tried it on any of the cams?
I’ve been working with support on this. Nothing seems to be effective. I am having the client return one of the units so I can duplicate it on our bench. If its still an issue the unit goes back to Germany.
