Troubleshooting: Camera can not be deleted in MOBOTIX HUB -> devices contain evidence locks

When you try to remove a camera from the Mobotix HUB and get the message:

Does this mean that you have created an Evidence Lock in the HUB DeskClient for this camera.

How to remove it you can see in this article


Open the HUB DeskClient

→ Click on Playback and select the camera which you want to delete

Click on Evidence Lock (Red Frame)

Click on View


Select your Evidence and click on Delete


Click Yes
