BidEye - a plugin for SATEL Integra management - BidEye is a solution that allows the integration of SATEL units with MOBOTIX HUB
BidEye is based on the MIP framework. Completely integrated, it presents to the user one single managing point. In the management client, users are able to configure items; in the Desk client, users can make command and control operations. Standard maps in MOBOTIX HUB are fully integrated. With the map feature, users can control all SATEL Units zones/partition/outputs, and directly send commands to the relative SATEL unit. BidEye allows to show and manage alarms, partitions, zones and output. The user can manage SATEL users and change SATEL user code directly inside the Desk Client.

- Manage alarms: show and close alarms generated by SATEL events by custom plugin with security information (custom alarm preview plugin).
- Manage partition: you can arm and disarm partition directly by map command
- Manage zones: you can include and exclude (permanently or not) zones

How to install:

Run the installation kit by starting the installation procedure. It allows the installation of all necessary files.

The first screen allows the choice of language. -
Now you are asked to agree to the license agreement. -
Now select the folder where the HUB plugins are, it will propose HUB standard path.

For installing it on the server it is necessary to provide the path where the plugins are present in the context of the event server. Normally this is: C:\Program Files\Milestone\MIPPlugins.
For a client installation it normally is: C:\Program Files\Milestone\XProtect Smart Client\MIPPlugins. -
A database is required to maintain applied configurations and references to the areas of Satel centers. A new database in the same SQLServer context/instance is automatically created.

If you only want to install the plugins select Installation in Desk Client

Click Next and insert the BIDEYE installation folder which normally is C:\BIDEYE. Klick Next to end the data collection phase.

When clicking Install the database will be created and all necessary files will be copied

When clicking Finish the installation is completed.
