Camera has been hacked by some one and hacked images is coming in all camera.
How can we reset this camera by default.

do you still have access to the admin service?
When we access any single camera through IP from explorer, password not accepting admin password not accepting, but we we use Camera Software and access NVR, all camera accessible and one Hacked images is showing in front of Video & Recording.

Please contact MOBOTIX Support in case you have not done this yet.
We have seen such cases previuos. All Cameras “hacked” by these persons did not have the standard admin credentials changed, making it very easy to access cameras and apply changes for anyone.
