we are a computer company and we have a maintenance contract for mobotix surveillance cameras, and we have a client he has 200 mobotix cameras on the site, the problem that the technician who manages the cameras is dead and all the words of the cameras are with him now what should I do to reset the problem knowing that we have no rights to remain with the cameras
you should write to the mobotix support team via email. There is no password reset option available on the camera itself because of the security. Try to find technicians local documentation if that even exist. If not, you will have to send camera to the factory.
