I lost my username and password

Hi there,
I lost my username and password for a long ago.
In the link below it says if you want to reset your password and the other stuff you need to communicate with your distributor. But the problem is my distributor is no longer alive. They went bankrupt and there isnt that company anymore.

I communicated with new distributor in my country but they said “we cant help”. So i dont know what to do…

Any suggestion would be so helpful.
