MOBOTIX HUB 2025 R1 July Patch setup fails
**This article describes an error and the corresponding solution that can only occur in the MOBOTIX HUB 2025 R1 version in combination with a patch update. All earlier or newer HUB versions are not affected **.
If the following error appears when installing the HUB patches from July 2025 (MxHUB2025R1_Cumpatches_July-2025):
The dialogue indicates that the installed MOBOTIX HUB version 2025 R1 has an older build version and the patch requires build version 16003.
The solution:
In the MOBOTIX download area, download the MOBOTIX HUB 2025 R1 with the current build 16003 and install it again. The installation wizard will replace the system files from your HUB and retain your configuration.
The HUB patch from July 2025 can then be installed without any problems.
