Lost 1 sequence on file server

Hi, I have 2 problems with my client’s camera (v25, v:
The first one is that a lot of them show an error " Lost 1 sequence on file server" frequently
The second one is that the cameras took more than the storage reserved

Please check if your NAS has a network recycler (sometimes it’s called Network Trash Bin or something like that). This could interfere with the recordings and the reserved space on that NAS so please deactivate it.
If that doesn’t help it would be neccessary to look into the reports of those cameras (Admin-Menu → Download Support Information).
