When It happens while booting MOBOTIX Bridge unit and you see the below message…
EFI Shell Version x.x
Current Running mode x.x.x
map: Cannot find required map name.
It means the unit is booting to EFI Shell, which refers to the bridge does not recognize the HDD or the boot partition.
It happens because the HDD failed in the bridge.
Please contact suppor@mobotix.com and provide them with the below details and they will assist with initiating the RMA process for the bridge…
