Management Client – Setting Up the Cloud
IMPORTANT:
There are two types of accounts in the cloud:
- Reseller Account
- Sub Account
Only the Sub Account contains cameras and must be configured in the Management Client!
You can add as many sub accounts as you like, e.g.:
- MOBOTIX CLOUD
- MOBOTIX CLOUD 2
- MOBOTIX CLOUD 3
- Eagle Eye Networks CLOUD
Desk Client – Adding Cloud Cameras
In the Milestone XProtect Smart Client, cameras are selected as follows:
- Select the desired Cloud Sub Account
(e.g., “Demo 1,” as configured in the Management Client) - The available cameras for the sub-account appear in the next dropdown menu:
Note:
The dropdown menu may be empty if no cameras have been created in the cloud account yet.
These must first be added to the cloud.
