Hello Mobotix Community,
We’re experiencing an issue with a Mobotix M73 camera (firmware: MX-V7.3.4.23-r3) that has become unresponsive.
- The camera appears as down in our Hub Management system.
- When we attempt any action—such as reboot, reset, or configuration changes—we get this error:
“408 Request Timeout – Please reload the form without submitting CGI parameters.”
- We can still access the camera via its IP address through the web interface, but no image is displayed on the live view.
- The system log also shows multiple critical errors:

At this point, the camera no longer responds to any control actions, and remote recovery appears to be blocked.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue with the M73 or this firmware version? Any help or suggestions would be highly appreciated.
