M24 Camera no image in web browser or MxMC after firmware upgrade

Hi There,

I have no live image after upgrade to M24 using MX-V4.7.3.11 (2020-01-28) downloaded today.

Have also tried again

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Try full reset, but you’ll probably need to downgrade camera, or get a new one - most likely hardware is on it’s last leg, and does not play nicely with new fw.

did a factory reset after each firmware.

could it be the sensor type/model in hardware?

Resolved..

A remove power reset was required for M24 Cameras
