Dear Community,

we are trying to install this camera and connect it with NVR, once its connected to NVR only one camera shows in the Camera Grid, although if I access the Camera directly I can see 4 cameras working, is there any thing I should do?

also when I add it to Mxmanagement it shows as a grid of 4 cameras, I cant select each camera individually, when I try to do that it get disconnected.

Please help me out

Hello,

Generally what you do is inn NVR you add device scan for device and connect and then in live view its visible. There are no specific settings. Once the camera is added you should see 4 streams.
