We have Mobotix Move MP20 quad view cameras. I am trying to add them to MxMC via the sites DNS and port forward. I’ve also tried via the direct site ip and port forward.
For example, I have tried as the URL: http://.com:5000/live/stream5 to get the quad view. I set stream 5 to mjpeg on the camera. Then in MxMC i have set the connection protocol to RTP via TCP, it sets it to MxHiQual and then i select encoder 5. It won’t come up. I use the http://.com:5000/live/stream5 and it works but when i try to add /live/stream1, i set it Profile1 and encoder1 for stream 1 and then it asks me to transfer the profiles and then bricks the quad view and stream1 won’t come up.
Also, I am only able to use my admin login and not the user login I setup, which I gave camera controller and listen settings.
