MxManagementCenter will run on Linux with Wine:
In my case Opensuse Leap 15.3 with Wine 8.0, all from the official Opensuse suppositories.
Initially, there was an error message concerning “msvcp140.dll”. The .dll was installed with wine out of the box, but it needed a change of attributes in the wine configuration menu: it hat to be changed to “native, builtin”:
