Support for the MOBOTIX ActivitySensor ONE app in the MxMC

Powerful search filters support the reliable and intelligent event detection of the ONE camera

In the forensic search (Smart Data Search) of the MxMC, the results data from the MOBOTIX ActivitySensor ONE app is supported and the user can conveniently optimise the results list with the help of search filters and parameters and find the desired incident more quickly. By differentiating between the movement of objects in different directions or based on the dwell time of objects, parking offenders or loitering persons / groups, the corresponding incidents can be filtered out super quickly in the recording.

What is needed?

• A MOBOTIX ONE camera with active MOBOTIX ActivitySensor ONE app
• Camera firmware version min. 8.0.1.42 (better 8.0.1.43)
• MxMC as VMS version 2.9.2 or higher

Particular attention should be paid to:

• Current and synchronised time between cameras and MxMC Workstation.
• “public access” MUST be switched off in the camera

3. MxMC - “Teach” new app (MOBOTIX ActivitySensor ONE app). To do this, open it in the Component View of the MxMC:
   

   
   
   3.1 Get Smart Data Information of the active camera Apps (Neue Kamera App “anlernen”).
   
   
   
   3.2 MxMc checks whether the activated apps on the camera are known and whether the app data structure (schemata) is inserted in MxMC (“teach-in”).

   Note: This only needs to be done once in MxMC per app.

   
   
   3.3 The Smart Data settings for the MOBOTIX ActivitySensor ONE app can now be made in the Smart Data Sources tab.

   Troubleshooting: If the Camera apps received display has previously recognised 0 apps and the MOBOTIX ActivitySensor ONE app does not appear in the “Smart Data Sources” tab list.
   

   

   
   Please deactivate the app in the camera, save and reboot the camera and then reactivate it. Then press “Get Smart Data Information of active camera apps” again in MxMC.
   From camera firmware version 8.0.1.43 this behaviour has been optimised and it is no longer necessary to reactivate the app!

   3.4 In the Smart Data Results area, tick the “Show Results in Search” box. If the Smart Data information from the MOBOTIX ActivitySensor ONE app is to be displayed in the right-hand sidebar of the MxMC (Live Ticker), the “Show in Smart Data Bar” box must also be ticked and the camera from which the data is to be displayed must be dragged and dropped into the “Cameras” field.
   

   

   3.5 Switch to the Smart Data Search view and select the new search filter “MxActivitySensorONE” and define the corresponding search parameters.
   

   

Troubleshooting: If no data is displayed in the results list although camera recordings exist, the connection/data retrieval to the camera can be re-initiated. The connection/data retrieval to the camera can be re-initiated using the Refresh button at the top right of the display.
