In this article, you can learn how to configure DirectShow in MOBOTIX HUB. This means it is possible to add recorded footage in different video formats to the MOBOTIX HUB Client.
1.- Download Legacy Pack (It depends in your version) and install on your Windows OS
Note: Once that you already installed Device Pack, we recommend reboot Recording Server
2.- Go to Recording Server –> Right Click –> Add Hardware
3.- Click “Manual” option –> Next
4.- Select “Factory default” –> Next
5.- Open Milestone option –> Click on “DirectShowDriver” –> Next
6.-Fill the information
Address: 0.0.0.1
Port:80
Hardware model: DirectShowDriver
7.- Check Status and click Next
8.- Click Next
9.- Select Camera Group –> Click Finish
10.- Click on camera that you want –> Settings Tab
11.- Fill Video File Path with the .avi file ubication and then click on Save button
13.- Then you will see the camera and recording available
