Thermal Camera: Radiometric M16 vs S73

I have an application which requires measuring temperature and overlaying the visual image and the thermal image. I would like to trigger a composite snapshot (optical and thermal) from motion. I would appreciate the community’s help with a couple of questions:

  1. What are the main differences between the M16 and S73 for this application.

  2. Which SDK do I need if I want to generate an event showing the highest and lowest temperature and their location in the image?
